This week was a really good week in Huànuco. Just want to say now that I don`t have any photos for this week, I will take more this coming week.
The investigators have been progressing a lot which is really good. Steffany, who got baptized two weeks ago, just received a calling in the church and she loves it! She is super excited about all the church activities and often times, accompanies the Sister Missionaries. I really do hope she decides to serve a mission, that would be awesome. Romàn is still doing good, we have been helping their family a lot as well. He`s only 10 so he can`t really have a calling haha.
In addition to all of this, we had a really good week of finding new people. We ended this week with 14 new investigators! That`s the most I have ever had and probably the most I will have. But several of those investigators are awesome and we hope to continue teaching them a lot! One guy we found told us that something inside of him always wanted to talk to us, he just never knew how to approach us. We ended up finding out that his wife is a member and that he is super excited to learn about our message. However, they are not married so that in my mind, is the only thing holding him back from being baptized. But we have worked so hard this week. Definitely the most walking in a week that I have done in my entire mission. But it feels good, we know we did our best.
As of know, we are also trying to help plan 3 weddings, wish me luck haha. We also had an activity at the church this week which was super awesome. We had a movie night and there were a ton of people there. They watched (because we couldn`t stay to watch) that new Disney movie called Coco, which I hear is pretty good. I wanted to watch it super bad. We also have District P-day today which is super fun. We are going to play a ton of games at the church, I will take some photos there. M
My leg is back to normal, I am planning on playing some soccer today. Finally! I actually did have photos of my leg but I forgot my camera haha. But all is well. I am happy to be here. Love and miss you all!!!!
