This week was a really good week. We worked super hard and are trying our best with every day that we are given. Conference was a big boost for us as well. We learned a lot from the leaders of the church and I am thankful for their messages. My favorite part was when someone said, "Don´t pray to God to have him fix your problems, pray to Got to know how he can help you solve your problems" Something like that, I am not too sure because I forgot my notebook. But basically, don´t just pray to have your problems fixed, but ask God how you can work harder to fix your problems. Anyways, a great conference weekend and I am already looking forward to this October haha. We also received amazing news, Katty is getting married and baptized this week! It has been a long time and a lot of hard work, but it is finally paying off. I am so thankful for her decision and I know that she will be blessed.
We also have been helping a member continue building his house and it is super fun. He as well served a mission and he always tells us his stories while we are working. We have another day of service tomorrow.
We were also to fast with Neville to know if he should get baptized or not. It is a big moment for him because he needs to decide what he wants to do. He knows all the lessons and seems very prepared, but seems scared of something. We will talk to him tonight, wish us luck!
This week, I forgot to take photos of my room, and there was also the biggest spider ever in our room which freaked me out. Pretty hot this week, were going to climb a mountain today but President told us that we can´t so just another pday at the church haha. But love and miss you alll!!!!!!
This Pday, we were able to go to a place in Huánuco called Kotosh. It´s the most famous tourist/ruins spot in Huánuco. It had some pretty cool facts, my favorite, is that it is one of the oldest places discovered in the american continents. I am not going to go into too much detail about what Kotosh is or why it is famous, just do the research haha. But it was really cool and a fun pday.
