Another great week here in Huancayo. To start off the week, we had a multi zone conference and I was able to see a lot of missionaries which was super fun. President talked a lot about repentance and the importance that both us and our investigators have in experimenting the joy that comes from repentance. It was a great message. Hermana Silva also talked about the importance of working with the members, which we are doing pretty well right now. Overall, it was a good way to start the week.
We also had a cool experience with our investigator Morelia. We were teaching her the Restoration and she told us that she had already recieved an answer. She said she had been praying to receive an answer and went to sleep that night with the TV on. She woke up in the middle of the night and the TV happened to be talking about religion. She said that she felt good at that moment and felt like what we were teaching was true. She is such an awesome person and will for sure get baptized, the only thing is that I don´t know if I will be here to see it.
My companion and I were also able to give talks this week at sacrament. I talked about the sacrament and my companions about missionary work. It was pretty funny because i totally forgot I was giving a talk and kind of just winged it but it went well and I don´t think anyone noticed.
Anyways, I am going to end with the list of people that need our help:
1. Morelia: that she can continue this path and be baptized the 6th of October
2. Samuel: that he can receive an answer about JS
3. Wilder and Elena: that they can go to church!!
4. Renato: that he can receive a testimony of the BOM
5. Edgar, Patty, and Kenny: that they can continue listening to us and receive a testimony
