Week 59

This week was a super good week.  The best experience that I had this week was blessing the sacrament with Jeff, my recent convert.  It was weird thinking that months ago he was just investigating the church but this week, I got to bless the sacrament with him.
I also got hit by a horrible cold this week.  I woke up one day, and my head hurt like crazy and I was super cold.  It was pretty rough, but I am all good now, just in time for P day haha.
Anyways, our investigators are progressing well.  Marisol wanted to get baptized yesterday but unfortunately, we had to tell her she had to wait for her date because she wasn´t ready yet.  Digna also wants to be baptized and will on the 20th of Oct.  Morelia is still doing her family history and is reading in 2 Nephi which is awesome.  Edgar Melgar also wants to keep coming to church and has been asking us about baptism.  I can really see that our prayers are helping and that these people are finding joy in the gospel.  It makes me so happy to see them progress and the changes that they are making.
The mission´s English program starts this Saturday.  Out of all the places being taught, where I am teaching has the most participants.  There are almost 60 people signed up! And many of them not members.  I am excited to teach English now haha.
All is well, please keep praying for the people who are being taught and I know you will help them.  Love and miss you all!!!!!

Some random pics from my area

Elder Christensen and I ate the cactus fruit that the people always give us, we both had spikes in our tongues and had to get them out like this haha
