Hey everyone, sorry for not writing last week, to be honest, i forgot. Anyways, these last two weeks in Oxapampa were very interesting. First of all, Dina and Kenyo both had their baptismal interviews, and well, they both didn´t pass for personal reasons. Due to that, we were forced to pospone, not cancel, their baptisms. Unfortunately, I won´t be there to see them get baptized but I know that they will get baptized soon. That was super hard to accept and at first, I was blaming myself for what happened. What I realized was that I had done my part and their were some issues that I was not aware of. I just had to realize that all of what happens is part of God´s plan and not mine. Obviously, I wanted them to get baptized, but they weren´t ready yet. It´s ok though, I am very happy to have worked with them and taught them about the gospel, they are both so awesome and will get baptized for sure.
The good news, we have two families in oxa that are progressing great and have come to church 3 times already. I left them my email, and hope to get an email someday seeing if something happens with them.

Then, my companion and another elder got called and were told that they had to go to Lima for some visa stuff. I ended up going to villa rica for most of my whole last week and was able to go with Elder Cano, one of my best friends in the mission. He actaully finished his mission that same week so I was able to "kill" him or be his last companion. It was super fun to be with him and see what two years of missionary work looks like.
And now changes. As you can tell I am writing a little later than usual, well, I had changes. I am back in Cerro de Pasco, the super cold area but I am definitely more prepared. My companion is named Elder Orellana, he is from Honduras. He is in his last change so I will be his last companion. Quite a big change from training haha. But yeah, pretty cold here, writing this with all my gear on. I will send a lot of photos next week, don´t worry. Love and miss you all!!!!!!!
