Week 80

Hey everyone, warning you right now it`s going to be a shorter email than usual.  As you can tell, I am writing you a little later, I had to come to Huancayo for a meeting and will be heading back to Cerro on Wednesday.  Kind of tired because it was a 6 hour bus ride to Huancayo.
This week was better in Cerro.  I was finally able to meet two of the investigators that we have and they seem pretty cool.  One of them is named Christian, he is really cool.  He was born deaf and up until 3 years ago, he wasn`t able to hear.  He has his hearing aid and is learning to speak and to hear.  He wants to learn and has come to church several times which is super cool.  It is pretty hard to teach him, we have to take a little portable white board with us, but we are doing everything we can to help him learn.  We will see how he progresses.  Another lady is named Theodora, she is about 65 years old and will be getting married to a member this may which is cool.  Also hard to teach her, she can`t read but is super nice and also wants to learn.  Overall, it is super hard to teach people here in Cerro but we are doing the best we can.
Honestly just praying to find new people so much haha.  It is somewhat discouraging in Cerro sometimes but all I can do is pray and keep working.  Hopefully this week goes a lot better and we can find some new investigators.   Love and miss you all!!!!!
