Hello Everyone, this week was pretty good. To start off, I am pretty sick right now. Have had a pretty bad cough and stuffy nose for the last week which is pretty rough. Been in bed for the last couple days and today and tomorrow probably. Kind of annoying but that is what happens when it is cold outside, should be getting better soon which is good.
This week we had our zone conference with president and some of the area doctors. The area doctors came and gave us some health tips which was good. We were going to head down to Huánuco for the conference, which I wanted super bad because it has been a whole year since I was there, but the doctors wanted to come here because it is the highest city in the world. But they were cool and President also shared an awesome message as always. We also had Cerro de Pasco stake conference this week, but still pretty small haha. Only about 500 people at the whole stake conference, apparently used to be a bigger stake but who knows.
We had to postpone the baptism of Guillermo for this week but still super excited for that. Manuel, our deaf investigator, is progressing well. Hard to teach him but an awesome experience at the same time. Eric, a new investigator is progressing well, he is the boyfriend of a member. Theodora, the 70 year old from Junin is also progressing super well. Overall happy with the people we are teaching.
I am happy here in Cerro and it is fun, just a bummer being sick. Hopefully I can get better soon. Love and miss you all!!!!
