Week 84

Hey everyone, this week was pretty good.  We visited A LOT of members haha.  It was Elder Orellana´s last week and it was a little more chill than normal.  We tried to visit all of the members which was good but felt like it wasn´t the most productive week haha.  He was a good companion and should be heading back to Honduras on Tuesday.
Some more good news, our investigator Guillermo got baptized on Saturday!  The sisters also had a baptism so we combined the baptismal service and it was super cool.   Guillerm´s mom was super happy and so was Guillermo.  It´s kinda funny here as well, the baptismal fonts in Cerro are disgusting.  I have a pic, but the water was super yellow and kinda gross.  But yeah, happy to have my first baptism in Cerro.  It felt good after all of the hard work put in.
The Cerro de Pasco stake also had some cool activities this week.  They had a stake food festival and a stake dance competition which they always do in Peru haha.  But we did go to those and try to find some more members to see.  Elder Orellana had to go to Huancayo on Saturday so I have been with Elder Watson and Elder Renfro all weekend.  It was super fun because they are both from my group so we had a lot to talk about.  But to be honest, not the most productive week.
I am excited to meet my new companion from Las Vegas and get to work.  Hopefully, I can help him with his Spanish and everything.  I think he is pretty new to the mission.  But I will probably be able to write later as well with my new companion to tell you all how he is.  Anyways, good week, love and miss you all!!!!!!
