Week 99

     Hey everyone, pretty good week!!! The highlight of the week was meeting our new mission president! His name is President Cabrera, and he is super awesome.  He came to visit Huánuco for about an hour or two to present himself and to meet us.  He and his wife both gave short talks and you can tell that they are both super happy and excited to be here.  He apparently served in Lima East a long time ago and has already been to a lot of the places in our mission, but yeah he is super cool.  He will be coming back in about a week or two to have our multizone conference so will get to know him better then.  
     We also had some exciting news.  My last pday is going to be a pday multizona.  We are going to go to Tingo Maria!  After going to Tingo, I will have gone to almost all of the mission, everything but Huancavelica, Satipo, and Pichanaki.  Always have wanted to go to Tingo because they say it is paradise haha.   
     This week, I was also able to do divisions with Elder Benshoff who is an elder from my group so it was fun to talk about how our missions went and what we are excited about.  We had a good day as well with our investigators.  One investigator, named Ingrid, is super cool and got has been feeling good inside about what we teach her.  Hopefully she can get baptized soon because I want one more baptism before going home!  But yeah, she is probably the investigator that is progressing most right now. Please pray for her to be able to accept the baptismal invitation.  
     Other than that, pretty cool about Peru getting to the final of the Copa America.  Kind of surprising to everyone, but cool to see the support of everyone here and how much they love their country.  Sad to hear they lost but either way, Vamos Peru!
     Happy 4th of July!! America is the best, hopefully you all had a good time haha.  But yeah, Love and miss you all!!!!!!
